In compliance with Facebook’s Platform Policies, Magnitoss.com provides a simple process for users to request the deletion of their data collected through Facebook Login or Facebook API integrations.
1. What Data We Collect via Facebook
If you log in or interact with our services using Facebook, we may collect:
- Public profile information (name, email, profile picture)
- Facebook page access permissions
- Page content or insights needed for automation
- Tokens required to publish content via Facebook API
No sensitive or private Facebook data is collected.
2. How to Request Data Deletion
If you want your data deleted from our servers, you can submit a request using one of the following methods:
A. Email Request (recommended)
Send an email to:

Include in your message:
- Your full name
- Your Facebook email address
- The reason for your request
- The date you last used our service
B. Direct Request via WhatsApp

C. Self-Deletion
If your data was stored only as part of a Facebook token, you can revoke access directly through Facebook:
- Go to Facebook Settings
- Navigate to Apps and Websites
- Locate Magnitoss / your app name
- Click Remove App
- Your access tokens and data will be automatically deleted
3. Processing Time
We review all deletion requests within :
⏳ 48 to 72 hours
You will receive a confirmation message once the deletion is complete.
